While the firm was established in 2018, The Noble House story goes back almost 30 years to the sands of Southwest Asia where the Founders served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm together as part of 1stTactical Fighter Wing, 27thTactical Fighter Squadron / Aircraft Maintenance Unit. David Hudson and Derek Thomas forged a bond of working together under extreme pressure to deliver excellence and execute the mission. The Squadron’s motto – “All Things to the Eagle” meant move heaven and earth to ensure all jets were fully mission capable. Yes, there were a lot of blood sweat and tears; there were also some moments of R&R. During some of those down times a “friendly” game of Monopoly might take place. One day a random care package included a game called Noble House (Monopoly on steroids) that had it all, real estate, stocks, M&A, contracts, hardcore deal making. Derek and David were hooked! It may have been a fanciful thought from two 20 year-olds, or maybe it was a personal challenge to chart a path after the military, but the two agreed that one day they would launch a business together and take on the world. To be sure, their individual stories are All-American journeys through school, public, private, corporate, and entrepreneurial experiences. Today, that wealth of knowledge and experience are combined in Noble House Realty Advisors, where our mission is simple: “All Things to the Customer”!
